    hi,

my father has a pendrive (512mb). he wants to use it on 98... It's not accessible from 98 . it says it needs driver.. is it enought to point it to win98 install directory? will it install the drivet by itself?

You need to download the driver from the vendor 's site. or hunt for a small cd that comes along with the thumb drive. Win 98 does not have these drivers bundeled.
