it is too tough to find such a fantastic desktop for such a budget. but you can get a very high end laptop for a tag of 82K and it will fulfil all your needs but not the screen size needs and the laptop is ofcourse alienware M14x it has got a 500gb hdd upgrading it too 1tb will take only about 2k
other thing you can try is that assemble a pC that will rather make much more sense
if you wish to build a desktop so choose this rig
Processor: Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge 2400 CPU @ ~9.7k

CPU cooler: CoolerMaster V6 GT @ ~4.8k

^ I think you have go the price for the gfx wrong. I bought a Sapphire HD 6970 for 21k last week. Also he has KB mouse already.

I think for his needs a desktop is much better than a laptop. Also since at the same price point a laptop almost always has slower components than its desktop counterpart.

I think an i7 will be better for rendering than an i5. Also a 1600mhz RAM.

Here's what I bought about a week back. You can take a cue but might want to change the proc to i7

Changes you can make are:
If you want it strictly under 85k then you can get MSI HD6950 2GB Twin Frozr II/OC @16k

or change PROC to i5 2500k and get a more powerful GPU- MSI GTX580 Twin Frozr II @27k

I overpaid for the PSU. I was considering Cosair TX650v2 or Seasonic S11 620W but didnt find them.

Just refer to this thread to get an idea -----PC BUYING GUIDE-----

@OP: what will you be using to do rendering tasks?

if you will use Autodesk 2011/2012 then you can make use of quicksilver for rough renders that take only fraction of the time a normal render takes and delivers ~80% quality!

that will use your GPU so GTX 580/HD 6970 is recommended.
