Urgent!! Video Downloading Help required...

Hi all,

I wanted to download a training video i found on office.microsoft.com

Could someone please tell me how to go ahead and dl this to save on my comp??

I use Firefox and realized that VideoDownloader does not work with this...
Any other ideas??

install windows media player 11.. That should do.. or just open the link in internet explorer.
