first thing to find out is what is the socket type of the processor.if it is 478 socket then you are out of luck & need to buy a chinese socket 478 mobo.if it is 775 socket then you can use G31 mobo.to know socket type install & run cpu-z.if no mobo available then mention the exact name,model etc of previous mobo.

Op's CPU most probably is a scoket 478 based one .. the cpu released on q1 2004.

@ OP - if possible post a cpu-z screenshot.
