[URGENT] Help needed in PMP

So to start with, First of all Thank you for trying to help me out.

Now my question:-

I want a PMP which can be available in Dubai.
Y Dubai?
Ans - Coz my father is going on for a tour in Dubai and during his tour he would be let into the City Center Of Dubai for shopping.

SO my questions are;-
1) What brands are available in Dubai which are also available in India and I would be able to get some support, if possible but Not necessary.

2) I want a PMP with atleast 4GB (if expansion of memory is not available) or any amount of In-Built memory ( with memory expansion feature).

3) I want preferably a touch device.

4) Price should be lower, at the most Rs. 8000/-

5) It should be able to play atleast 2-3 popular formats in both category i.e. Audio & Video.

My Suggestion - I have heard quite about Cowon that it is really great in terms of pricing and features.
So if Cowon is also available in Dubai then my suggestion is Cowon C2.
What do you all think of my suggestion and reason plz give if possible.

get urself the 3g ipod touch 8gb,cowon C2 is a very good and is on par with the ipod touch the downside is the not so responsive touch and small screen size apart from that its a great pmp

Suggestions for brands other than Apple will be great.

Cowon iAudio 10 is also a good choice. C2 and i10 are on par but i10 has no SD card slot.

If video is the priority can look into v5,perfect for movies.
Audio quality is exceptional!
But bit bulky.
