URGENT help for new Desktop..............

hello friends,
I am going to buy new desktop this week.

1. Intel core i3 540 @ 3.06 GHz
2. Intel HD55TC / HD55HC Motherboard
3. 1 TB HDD Seagate
4. 4 GB DDR3 Zion
5. Keyboard & Mouse Microsoft combo 500
6. ATI Radeon hd 5670 1gb
7. LG dvdrw
8. AOC 18.5" LED monition

is my configuration is good or should I need to change anything and I am not able to decide the Motherboard and Cabinet because in coming months I am going to upgrade it up to 16 GB because I work on VMware with 3-4 desktop so it requied more ram and if I need more space then 1-2 free slot for placing HDD and my system run 24-36 hours non stop in weekends can U please guide me for a cabinet and SMPS should I buy with it.

my total buget is of 30000

Then get a true quad core CPu like
AMD Athlon II x4 640 @ 5k
Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H @ 4.5k
Rather than Zion get Corsair Ram modules. A single 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 will cost around 4.3K.
But I think you should mention your budget to get more optimized solution.
