urgent !! goin to buy android phone today

guys,
im goin to buy a sony ericson live with walkman from ebay.in today.
before buying i would like to finalise it
its for 14k with a 2gb card.

is buying from ebay safe.this is my first time.
cud u ppl give more details for shopping from ebay

if ur using paisa pay as the payment option then ebay is safe the money goes to the seller after u confirm receipt but the prices i think will be higher try at flipcart or letsbuy

contact seller by phone.. and also check if there is mentioned that he will provide all india warranty.. also check if the seller has over 99.5% positive feedback.. if he do not have all this, dont consider buying from him

^^good point always buy from power-seller also if u have the bill/invoice u can get service all over india in any sony service center

Slightly Overpriced phone... It should retail around 12k or less in a couple of weeks...

3.2 inch screen with HVGA resolution... 512 MB RAM with Android 2.3 Gingerbread... 5 MP 720P recording camera with autofocus, tap to focus, LED Flash... Front facing camera... 1 GHz processor...

Negative points are Screen size, small battery (1200 mAh for a music phone?!) and resolution...
