Urgent advice for buying cabinet and PSU

Guys, I have a very old PC at my place that is used by my mom. Besides other things it consists of a cheap cabinet and PSU. The cabinet is in very bad shape so I decided to get a new one just so that the machine can run. I thought I might as well get a PSU while I'm at it.

The config is:

Intel 945 GCNL micro ATX mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E 4500
2GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4350
Creative Sound blaster 5.1 sound card
Samsung 250 GB HDD (don't know the RPM)
DVD writer

Needless to say my budget is the minimum that can get my PC running.

Are the following components good in their price range. If not then which components should I buy instead.

Zebronics Bijli cabby without PSU- 1750+
FSP saga II 400W - 2100+

There is no point of investing that much here and Zebronics Bijli is available @ 1 to 1.2K without the PSU.
So if you can find a Bijli @ 1 to 1.3K then only go for it; otherwise just get any big Cabinet from Intex/Frontec and add some 120 mm fan on it. It will surely do the job.

For PSu also, FSP SAGA II is not required. Get Zebronics 450W SATA Plus SMPS around 0.5K/0,6K.

I had a cheap 600 buck PSU. It caused all sorts of problems. That's why I want to buy a better PSU. Where in Kolkata is Zebronics Bijli available at 1.2k? I'm asking because the prices I put up were quoted by M.D Computers and usually they're one of the cheaper shops in G.C. Avenue. Thanks.

P.S. Sorry for my mistake. Zebronics Bijli is indeed 1.35k without PSU.

Where in Kolkata is Zebronics Bijli available at 1.2k?

The actual scenario is:
Prices are variable & can change any day, and specially not considering the dollar-money valuation ratio fluctuation. And prices mentioned here is ~1 week old on average, (sometime more and sometime less). And also prices are not specific to any place, but applicable all over the India. So, don't expect 'exact' price.

Price difference of 100-200/- can happen anytime.
