UPS problem..

Please suggest a good UPS. i have mocrotek 800va, luminus 650 va and UMAX 600va and they all failed. I have Corsair 450W smps.

Whenever power goes the system just shuts down.. no backup . Please Help

Whats the configuration of your PC?

Get a APC 800 VA.
If your PC is a low end PC, then the APC 600 VA will suffice.



BTW have you ensured proper earthing?

AMD X2 Dual Core 2.6Ghz
4gb ram
ATI Radeon HD 4850
500 gb hddm sata
450 corsair smps..

I think 600 Va APC is enough for this config also microtek & Luminous are good brands if they failed please check the condition of ur Grid supply with an electritian & also the earthing before installing new UPS
