Uploading photos using Utorrent

My brother in law lives in another city. I have about 1.5 GBs of photos to share with him. Is it possible to do this using Utorrent? I've already made the torrent, I can send it to him by email (its 62 kb), but when I start seeding it to him during the morning hours when I have free internet, how will his Utorrent connect to my computer? Because I've not added any trackers; these are personal photos and I want only him to get them.

Is there any way to get a static IP while using BSNL's 500 rs per month connection (which has free internet from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM)?

:)

you need to create an account on an open tracker website like kickass torrent or tpb and upload your torrent there. Of course you need to add their tracker to your torrent. Once that's done, your brother in law can download the torrent from their website and open it with utorrent or any other client to download the files from your PC.

Yeah, but I guess this would breach his privacy he wants. Better share via Skydrive / Google Drive / something like that as suggested by @ramakanta

I already made an account on Dropbox. But the upload speed to Dropbox from my computer is too slow. Any way to fix that?

I don't know much about noip.com, I came across it while googling; is it possible to use it for my purpose?

There's a setting for upload speed in dropbox. Go find it. Also make sure torrenting is not running while you are uploading files through dropbox.
Also, check from SpeedTest.net if you even have a good upload speed in the first place. For most of the ISP, upload speed is far less than downloads'.

Gollum's idea is better... The advantage with torrent is that u will save precious bandwidth and time uploading them onto file hosting services....
