1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Games like GTA V, FIFA, NFS , Battlefield 4,COD,etc 3D gaming work and Main for Rendering.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

Ans: No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have 1TB hard disk.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No, I have LG 24" HD

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Graphic Card, I have "Zotac GeForce GTX 460 1GB".

Ans: With in a month.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Done by assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: New Delhi. Only prefer buying it locally.

Ans: i7 Processor is must and corsair vengeance cabinet. :mrgreen:

TBH, you shouldn't buy an i7, better but an i5 and spend the money on the GPU. And sell you current GPU for around ~5k

620W PSU for i7+650Ti? you mad bro? and that 650Ti won't hold much long.

He can But at low setts. Anyway he specifically said he didn't need it so pointed that out. Always better to sell it and get a better card for gaming.
