Upgrade Budget PC

I m selling off my old PC and building a new budget PC. I m confused about two configurations. Can you help which one to choose.

AMD RIG :
AMD Athlon II X2 250 + Asus M4A78LT-M LE + 2GB 1333Mhz DDR3

INTEL RIG :
INTEL Pentium Dual Core E5400 + Asus P5G41T-M LX + 2GB 1333Mhz DDR3

I have 400W PSU.
Both these CPUs have Hardware Virtualization which I will be using sometime.
Also how much will INTEL Pentium Dual Core E5400 cost ?

GUYS WHO REPLIED IN MY OTHER POST ABOUT UPGRADING, I HAVE GIVEN UP THE IDEA OF USING MY PRESENT PENTIUM D 820 AS IT GENERATE A LOT OF HEAT AND TOO NOISY.

AMD RIG : Is Better
AMD Athlon II X3 440 + Asus M4A78LT-M LE + 2GB 1333Mhz DDR3
3.3k + 2.7k + 1.3k = 7.3k

X3 440 is Rs700 more than X3 250

Is G41 mobo's inbuilt graphics good or the AMD mobo's graphics I mentioned above.
And will it be compatible for Linux

Go for amd x3 440. You won't regret. Great for the budget.
