Unsubscribe from spam mail?

Hi,
Just want to confirm: Is it safe to unsubscribe from the spam to avoid unsolicited mails.

The unsubscribe link is leading me to *www.harmonyespecially.com/login/process.asp?user=*******@gmail.com&token=5B46F3069B1989E38

Any idea?

Is harmonyspecially.com the mailing list manager of FOX news? If yes, then 'Unsubscribing may help' .

But if its not the mailing list manager, then its a spoofed email. Don't follow any link. Simply mark as spam and delete(may be it could help).

Clicking on UNSUBSCRIBE link in a spam mail may be like inviting more trouble. So if you encounter a spam newsletter, just mark it as spam and do nothing else.

Just ignore it. By clicking those links, spammers would come to know that your id is alive! Just another way to harvest email ids...
