Uninstall Problem

Right off the assembly line
I have the following system specs: Win XP Pro SP2, 1GB RAM, Intel Celeron@2.13Ghz. I had installed Age of Empires 3 and then AOE3 The Warchiefs (an expansion). I thought it would install the warchiefs in another folder. so I had created this directory: E:/Games/AOE3/ The Warchiefs. but it auto-installed in E:/Games/AOE3/age of empires. So I removed the age of empires folder and pasted it in E:/Games and deleted the 2 empty folders. Now I can't play the game. Moreover, I can't uninstall it. It gives the following error message

Error No. 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL:FirewallInstallHelper.
Setup will now terminate.

What should I do? Help!!!
