Unable to update the Bios on EEE pc

I want to update my bios on my ASUS EEE pc 1001HA.. Which is currently updated 1203 v. I want to update 1301. However, I have downloaded the Bios Rom file from ASUS web site. I have used ASUS EZ flash method to update the bios. First I have formatted the pen drive using FAT32 File System. Then I have copied the Bios ROM file to pen drive. While Switch on my netbook, I pressed ALF+F2 to flash the bios. It shows that USB device found and Reading the file 1005HA.ROM.. But it wont process the next step. Cursor Keep on blinking... Please let me know how to update the bios.

Lol.. I am using netbook. No Dvd or Cd drive in that . I dont want to purchase new one for updating bios only. is there any method to update the bios using pen drive
