Unable to uninstall antivirus

Hi everyone
I recently installed kaspersky antivirus system from one of my digit cd.
Now i want to uninstall it but cant do so. When i click on uninstall button uninstaller run & goes in background & never remove files.
I cant remove all its file manually as some files are locked by system ( even though i kill all related processes ) same happens in safe mode.
Plz help

maybe some logfile got deleted.
try to install it again, and then to uninstall it.

if this dznt work do it in safe mode and try it.

else do a system restore

else las...go in safe mode, search for and delete all kaspersky/kav file and folders physically, run a goog registry cleaner like ccleaner or tune-up, and reboot.
