Unable to activate Mobile Office

i an airtel punjab customer. i wanted to activate mobile office 250 per month plan. the customer care asked to send sms MO250 to 52696. it has been 5 days and my phone is not sending the sms.it can send all other sms. the customer care says that network might be busy but can it be busy for 5 days. now they are not attendimg my call at all.wat should i do?

Airtel MO suxs a lot...only recommend post night times n early morning time! Otherwise it's just as slow as dial-up Opt for BSNL Broadone instead...It has various plans 4 u
