did you install it as a program from inside Windows or as a standalone OS?
If from Windows then there is a uninstaller in the directory it is installed.
Else you windows disk management to delete the Ubuntu partition and reformat to NTFS and remove the Boot entry from windows using Easy BCD.

Does Ubuntu Boot up? If yes, then boot up Ubuntu, open Terminal and execute this

* Its small L in fdisk -l.
