tv on lan

hi guys,
jus wanted 2 know if i can watch tv on my pc if another pc on my lan has a tv tuner card and i dont

Yeah, you can install a streaming server on the PC thats got the TV tuner card and set it to stream feed from the video card to clients that request it. If you want a simple solution that's point and click, I dont know. You might want to ask gxsaurav or Sourabh.

I Dont think its possible to share a tv tuner card over a network.

one can very well share the TV on lan

the simplest way is using net meeting 3 and configuring address as ip addresses

simple and easy method .....works with win98 too

well theres one very good proggie epecially for tht but somehow i cant remember it

damn!! and its homepage too is very simple like lantv or tvlan something i just cant remember it

But thats hardly a point and click solution, is it? You definitely need a streaming server setup to broadcast the feed to the client, dont you? No ready made software to do this, right?
