Trouble loading Win XP Media Centre Edition

My friend have installed win xp media centre edition. After reinstalling he is unable to boot system after two three times. following error message come
File missing (windows root)system 32 ha/.dll. please reinstall the copy of the above file.

now how to reinstall this file. I think I can use Recovery option from win xp cd but I dont know how to do it. can somebody help me please.

I am sorry, but i though there is no OEM version of WinXP MCE available !! then how can u get ur self a MCE installation CD ??

how ever, with missing file issue running Windows XP based system, you may boot in to recovery console, and run this command, SFC /Scannow !!
