[Query] Transcend customer care?

Hi friends,

I have bought transcend MP3 player with 8gb memory.It is bought from local market and it claims to have 2year warranty and on the site i have registered the product which says that i have warranty till mid of 2014.
Now the product has stopped working i mean it doesn't even switch on.

I have contacted the local store and they said i have to send the product directly to transcend.I have checked for their address or at least a contact number but they have not mentioned any of it on their site.I tried to call up the ACCEL which provided transcend service few years ago they also said i have to send the product by mail to transecnd so please if any of you know details for this please replay me .Even a working phone number is more than enough.
