TP-Link WR841N not connecting to ISP

Recently my TP-Link WR841N isn't connecting to my ISP.I tried resetting,upgrading,downgrading the firmware but to no avail.
Although i can directly connect to the ISP via my PC.
What can I do?

many cable ISPs restrict connecting to a particular MAC address(like your desktop,laptop etc) so in that case you may have to use clone MAC/MAC spoofing option in interface setup---internet settings & enter the mac address of your PC.

As i mentioned this incident happened recently.I had already set up my router to connect to my ISP succesfully for the past 3 months

maybe your ISP start implementing this system now or your mac spoofing setting was reset.

No nothing has change on my ISP side .I bought the router 6 months ago and i configured it properly to work with ISP's system.
The problem has started recently.

run ipconfig /all command in command prompt when directly connecting your PC to ISP & when using router & post both results here.

Sorry for late reply.My WAN port has gone kaput so bought a new 1 anyway.

different model or same.tp-link products comes with a 3 year warranty.

same model and damage by natural causes(mine's lightning) are not covered in any warranty of any electronic product
