I've been wondering that is it possible to backup and restore(resume) torrents between several computers?

You can ya. Just do a "force restart" on the client.

its one of main advantage of torrents.
just copy downloaded data to another pc you want. Route your torrent client path (for that torrent) to the folder you copied your data.
Client will automatically check for queue and resume the downloading.

yes you can do it....you can copy the whole application data(C:\user\default\appdata\utorrent)..into another pc and copy the incomplete download to the same exact location...

Plus, the client lets you specify the folder paths for .torrent descriptor files, the prevalent download file, and the completed file. It auto-moves it. Lovely..!
