torrent download slow in dataone

i am using vista,opera and utorrent to download torrent. what is the procedure and how to increse the speed.

btw.. torrent speeds depend on wat u r downloading, no of peers, etc..

Just like sam_1710 said...What speeds are you getting?
What internet connection do you use? If you're on DSl you'll need to forward your uTorrent port.

If u are using a router, u need to forward a port manually....visit *www.portforward.com/

also like sam_1710 said, the speed can also depend on those features...
