To buy Sony Xperia C4 from ebay.in or not?

Buying it for my mom, I'm getting for 14,999.00 from ebay.in
Without BOX Imported Sony Xperia C4 Dual SIM 16GB 2GB 5 5" 13MP 5MP Blackcolor | eBay

Same price in India is about rs 21K. Seller has a positive feedback of 96.5% (though some strong negative reviews are there)

Now, I have a cousin who can also get it for me at the same price from US..see below link, it's a special black friday sale price, I think

However the one available from there is mostly single SIM as dual SIm isn't mentioned. can anyone confirm for me if on that link, it's single or dual sim?

She'd prefer it dual sim but I guess we'll have to go for single if ebay.in can't be trusted

I bought my Sony Z3C from that seller in ebay. Although I received a sealed box. My phone was imported from Malaysia

Yeah, the US one is single SIM variant

rather not take that risk since its without box
rather buy a new phone(not C4) for 15k or ask your cousin in US to bring it for you
