The most funny ending I remember was from Homeworld: Cataclysm. After beating the Beast(an alien) vessel Naggarok, it let out a reeeeeal long "Nooooooo..." in about 20 different voices as it was blowing up. I remember starting to attack it again and yelling, "DIE ALREADY!". I personally liked all the endings of the Homeworld series. The music was really great.
