before that make sure to open case & note volt/ampere/watt rating on the side of psu.total power on +12V rail is the most important & deciding factor & it must be more than total power consumption.e.g.20A on +12V means 20*12=240W.

ah totally forgot, buddy get cpu-z report, you will get to know the model and make of your board, if it is actually B75 chipset certainly you can add a gfx card, catch would be how big a card you can add into your cabinet
