Task Manager

Hi frineds,

When I press CTRL + ALT + DEL to open Task Manger , it open but it doesnot have any Main Menu Bar.

Why this error is happening...???
No Virus or Spyware.

To get back the menus, just double click on the border as fun2sh said.
