talk and weather app dosen't update on data

Hi All,

I recently brought S3 and have a Airtel's connection in pune.

My in build talk app which is g talk and accuweather app doesn't work with data.talk always shows status offline and accuweather doesn't update at all on data.

But the both works fine on WIFI.

First i thought ist carrier problem but rest of the sites are working fine even quite heavy websites are also getting loaded normally TOI NDTV apps works fine.

Please help what is the issue with these 2. I even deleted my google account and created once more .Everything works well except for these 2.
