Hi guys,

is there any way to block any number of pertucler person on your mobile.

i am using Samsung C100 and airtell postpaid service.

i dont want call from one guy. so i want to block it.

but the call center guy in airtell said that there is no service provider in india who give service like this.



is it true ??



there should be other way ...........


please let me know if anyone knows.

Man.. Not sure with C100.. But u can do that if u have a Symbian phone like 3660/6600 etc.

If u have a Symbian phone, u can install a Software called BlackList and using this, u can set the list of people whose calls you wanna block..

I have got 7610,it has a feature called as CALL BARRING, according to this feature u can block incoming as well as outgoing calls for particular no.But never tried it myself.

And i dont think it is an service provided by the network providers.

Will try this and let u know.

And smoothcriminal is also right about the software he is talking about.

it give me option for for all outgoing, all incoming.

i just want to block only one number.

Yup The Call Barring Service does Bar The Calls But It Blocks Entirely The Outgoing Ones Or The Incoming One's (Depending On The Type That U want)......i Have The Samung C100 With a Hutch Connection And So Far Havent Heard Of Barring Or Blocking One Call In Specific..... :shock:
Btw There's No Such Code Either That Would Block This Service.....It Totally Depends On Ur Service Provider If The Facility Is Available Or Not And If Yes Then Are Accordingly Charged For Some Services Like Call Diverting and Stuff :(
