Tablet or Digital Notepad ?

Dear Forum Members,

Hello !!!

I am a office assistant in an MNC.
I have to jot down tasks, dictations, drafting, etc. related to notepads.
I came to know that there are digital notepads available in the market. I searched Net, but got confused between Digital Natepads & Tablets. Are they same or diff. ? Which one should I choose as per my requirements and my budget is 5k to 10k ???

Please gimme suggestions.

Digital Notepads are just for document-ations...
User can only write/draw on Digital Notepad which later convert it to computer readable format eg. docx, txt etc.
Whereas Tablets can be refered as mobile phone and laptop - hybrid. They can perform a lot of tasks from simple documentations to multimedia tasks. Currently only olivepad tablet is easily available in india...

If you just want a device to edit or create documents buy a Digital Notepad.
Moreover i dont think you can buy a good tablet in 10k. They are expensive and range from 15-40k...
