System crashes on viewing flash content on every Browser & OS

I have an intel i3 system with intel original motherboard.

My browser and sometimes system crashes when I view any flash content on any browser (firefox, chrome, ie) with latest versions of them. I have formatted my system many times and have experienced the same issue on Windows xp, 7, 8, ubuntu & fedora. Initially I thought it might be due to hard disk errors, but the problem again occurred when i tried ubuntu on pen drive & fedora on external hard disk.

Now I think there must be some problem with the motherboard, sound or graphics card. But I cannot determine the cause of the problem.

Please help me, it's driving me nuts.:-x

If you are using 2 RAM's then remove one of them and then try the same thing... If using only single RAM then try someone's else RAM in your system and see whether problem occurs...

No luck...tried both RAM slot change and disabling flash harwdware acceleration. Browsers still crashing. One strange thing that i have witnessed with only firefox is that it crashes even without playing flash content.

try updating intel graphics driver & if they are already latest version try with default drivers on the motherboard cd.

On windows I used the drivers from motherboard cd only, after formatting, which did not solve the problem. Now I have fedora installed on external hard disk, and I am not quite sure how to update the driver. Now the system is very unstable and crashes randomly even without playing flash. I tried to install amarok through yum twice, and each time it gave me a segmentation fault (core dumped) which suggests may be a memory issue, but I have already gotten it replaced. What do you think the issue is related to, I highly doubt this is a software or driver related issue, because I have experienced it on so many damm platforms!

just a guess but check your cpu/mobo temps & voltage values too by using HWMonitor.confirm that all the readings for 3.3V,5V & 12V for cpu are above than these values & temps are not too high.

PSU is a Zeblin 450W. Please find the complete PC configuration in the attachment.

View attachment config.txt

I also see these messages when I boot up the PC. These are also obtained in the output of dmesg command

hub 2-1:1.0: over-current condition on port 1
hub 2-1:1.0: over-current condition on port 2
hub 2-1:1.0: over-current condition on port 3
hub 2-1:1.0: over-current condition on port 4

check with another psu & that sensor command output is missing values for +5v & +12v(or is it in some different format?).anyway check with another psu.also just for future reference buy cheap generic psu's only for systems having processor like pentium G620/atom.try to get at least saga II 400W(~1800) or corsair VS450(~2300) for any other system.

My nvidia graphics card also went dead, may be because of the PSU (second time this happened). I have 1 month of warranty left, should I get it replaced or buy a new one? Is there a danger, if I use a new Zeblin, to other components?

As I said I only have 1 month of warranty left, I do not want to risk my other PC components. And should I indeed go for a different PSU, which one would you recommend for my configuration?

price wise corsair cx430v2 for ~2700 or vs450 for ~2300 are very good options.seasonic is even better but also costlier.for your system vs450 is enough but do check this site for expected power requirements if you plan to add graphics card.

If you care to read the previous posts, then you can see the answer is yes.

Completely agree with your point of view. Lately, I can see some users posting in that way, which is very irritating IMO.
