Welcome To The Jungle
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Primary use will be for high end HD Video Editing and Photoshop.
Softwares we will be using are:
Adobe Premier Pro CS6
Adobe After Effects CS6
Adobe Photoshop CS6

We are aiming for a pc which can capture & render the videos smoothly
And Photoshop with several layers and plugins.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Budget haven't figured out,a moderately priced pc.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 or Windows 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: N/A

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: in a weeks time

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will assemble.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kolkata. Will buy locally.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Please suggest configurations which doesn't make a hole in our pockets and solves our purpose.

An ASUS M5A97 R2.0 @ 6k will be fine. He is not gonna do SLI or CF and a Corsair 650TX V2 is also not required. Seasonic S12II 520W will be good. And IMO a HD 7750 will be good . This will not make a hole in ur pocket.

Cabinet : Nzxt source 210 (better cable management)
PSU: Corsair cx430v2 (sufficient for your rig)

You initially stated a "500gb HDD requirement". Yet here you have opted for 2tb !

PS: Fix a budget.

AMD FX-8350 - Power Consumption | bit-tech.net

The system with an fx8350 (OCed to 4.8) will consume 364w. Add the HD7770 power consumption to the equation.
If OP plans to OC to those levels, opt for a 500w PSU. Anything more is just unnecessary.
