Bond, Desi Bond!
^^ No. it isn't.

MSI P45 Neo3 FR is cf enable.

But if you want CF, ASUS P5Q Pro is the best inside 10k.

Biostar TP45 HP is CFX enabled - *www.lynx-india.com/index.php?productID=3240 for 6.3k

And under 10k - for 7.7k Biostar tpower i45 - supports CFX and highly overclockable too.

hmm try this config:

Athlon 64 X2 6000+ --- 4400 NS
K9A2 CF --- 6000 NS
Transcend 2GB 800Mhz --- 1600 NS
Western Digital 320GB (16Mb cache) --- 3000 NS
Samsung McKinley 19" LCD --- 8600 S
Coolermaster EP 500W --- 2100 S
Zebronics Bijli --- 1100 S
Microsoft KB+M --- 500 S
2000 for good speaker and DVD writer
Palit HD4850 sonic --- 10000 NS

S- street price
NS - non street price. You can get better street prices iof you can look further.

just higher in budget ... pretty good and future proof.

790X is crossfire enabled... so chances of adding another card later.
and is AM2+ with will support the Denebs when they come out. Denebs would be 45nm 2000Mhz FSB with 6 Mb L2 and 6 Mb L3. so, they would certainly be pretty neat. :)

AMD & ATI FANBOY
You wont get a high end PC at 35k.... BTW here is the config
E7200 - 5.9k
MSI P45 Neo F - 5.9k
2GB DDR2 - 1.7k
Palit 9600GT - 6.5k or Palit HD 4670 for 5.8k
WD 500GB - 3.4k
ViewSonic 19" VG1921WM - 8.8k
Altec Lansing BXR1121 Speakers - 1.2k
Logitech Combo - 0.9k
PowerSafe Silver 500W PSU - 1.7k

Total 35.8k if u choose 9600GT and 35.1k if u choose HD4670
This rig will able to play all the latest games at med settings and some games at high settings too.. Juz save some money and get a HD4870 later.. Add it to this rig and enjoy gaming....

Comparing to E8400/8500 ,, E7200 is not much best performer ,,i dont know how this E8400/8500 wow its simply great in producing FPS in games ,, i saw today only the performance in games God this E8500 is superb ,, i recommend this one for ultimate gaming experience (crysis/crysis warhead i saw this proc performance)

but comparing with E7200 is almost equal to the AMD X2 6000+ only ,, AMD is cheap too ... but the future proof of the AM2 socket can not be assured([DENEB is one final chance of AM2 socket])

I will suggest
E7200 ----- 5.8k
Palit P35A ---- 4.2 k (cheapest Cossfire board)
2GB DDR2 ---- 1.7k
Palit HD 4850 ---- 10k
WD 250GB ---- 2.3k
ViewSonic 19" VG1921WM ---- 8.8k
Altec Lansing BXR1121 Speakers ---- 1.2k
Microsoft Combo - 0.5k
Glacial Star GS-500A PSU ---- 1.1k

Best VFM setup in the required budget.

" Palit P35A " is good it seems ,, will it supports the 45nm architecture????

its an P35 chipset board ... so it will definately support the new Intel 45 nm Proccessors ... but only downside id that the Second PCIeX slot will work on 4x speed in crossfire mode.

But another suggestion .... u will not need crossfire in the future if u can live with the X2's by ATI ... coz 4850X2 is a better performer than 4850 CF and needs only a single Slot ...
