Get a i5 4670K @ 16.5K and Asus GRYPHON Z87 Motherboard @ 13K. Rest will be same. For kick-ass gaming HD 7970 GHz edition (Gigabyte Windforce one is also clocked over 1000 MHz) is enough and performs similarly to GTX 770.

The extra 4K is for the K series (unlocked) processor. If you'll be over clocking, you should consider getting a compatible motherboard and after market cooler too.

+1 for cilus' suggetion 4th gen i5 K series will give you true kickass gaming performence add CM hyper evo as cpu cooler.
Now for graphic card...
> if you are not planning for dual card systen in near future then GB windforce 7970 is best VFM grapgic solution for you.
>If you want dual card in NEAR future then gtx 770 would be better option.

but I think gtx 770 X 2 sli would be overkill :p so 7970 seems best

GTX 770 price in india is about 33k where 7970 windforce = 26.8(smcinternational)

The windforce edition of GTX 770 is not available in India and surely it will be priced 30K+ when available. Now the thing is it might perform better than HD 7970 GHz edition or a normal HD 7970 clocked over 1000 MHz but the thing is how much performance improvement you will get. Most of the reviews haave shown it is maximum 4% in some of the games and for rest of the games either they are equally matched or 7970 has some small advantage. Now for 3 to 5 FPS higher, if you're willing to pay 3 to 4K extra then get the GTX 770.
Regarding overclocking, recently Hardocp has performed a in depth review of the three cards, GTX 770, GTX 680 and HD 7970 GHz edition. They overclocked all the cards to their maximum level which is around 1250 MHz and on that speed, all of them actually performs similarly.

basically, HD7970 > GTX770 when to comes to VFM.
