I would honestly suggest an upgrade to a 22-inch monitor. It's just not worth it to buy 19-inch monitors these days... about 3 to 4K more, but a much more respectable resolution.

Oh yeah,and don't even think about intel within 25-30k.
With all their core chaos and sky high prices,AMD is the option to go within low to mid budgets.
