i'd suggest w300i for sub-7k phone. however, do bear in mind that it has a vga cam.

I'll suggest you go for Nokia 5300 + Creative EP630 combo if you can afford it. 5300 has good features and sound quality ('What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision' magazine has given it full 5 stars and rated its sound quality above that of W950i and W880i, both of which got 3 stars each) and EP630 is also known for having great sound quality.
