Suggest me ear earphone & over the ear headphone ~1K

Friends suggest me some good over the ear headphone & in ear earphone ~1k (max 2k)

Purpose :- Music (Rock, hip hop, rap rarely pop), movie, gaming, tutorial on my PC

need headphone with really clear sound & punchy bass.

i heard that over the ear gives very good audio quality & noise isolation compare to in ear earphone is it true?
suggest me both i'll buy whatever is better in terms of sound quality & comfort for long time use.

I increased my budget bcoz in ear are not that sturdy enough & non repairable so tell me which 1 is better in terms of overall audio quality & Quality of bass (need punchy bass but not overwhelming) or any other over ear headphone
