Suggest me a Graphic Card for GTA IV

Guys I just wanna play GTA IV online with some friends and for that I want to purchase a nice GPU which can help me to play game with medium settings and without lag

Monitor - 18.5"
CPU - Dual Core E5200
Ram - 4 GB

Suggest me a nice card for playable settings and without any lagging issue.

Budget - 6 to 8k . (Don't wanna buy too costly GPU just for one game.)

Even Suggest me a PSU according to GPU .

Even I was looking for this one but was little confused. I just wanna play death matched with my friends online. otherwise I am still happy with GTA SA - Cop and Robbers .....

Sir it is my final budget because it for one game I don't wanna spend too much.

GTA IV is a cpu hungry game and performance will be improved with quad core cpus but your current cpu won't be a bottleneck and I know this for sure

IF you don't want to spend a penny more than 8k then opt for either HD6670/6750 @~5.3k/~5.8k and get a PSu like FSP Saga Ii 500W / Corsair CX430v2 @ 2.2/2.3k

For that monitor HD 6770 will play anything as long as CPU wont sweat up.

GTA 4 is a cpu hungry game
though you'll run this game without much trouble with 2 cores. but 4 cores would have been good
anyways go for 6770 + FSP saga = 8.2k
