suggest me a good n fast pda phone

hello friends,
my nokia 7710 which i bought around 4 years back died yesterday .now m in search of a new phone cum pda.
my requirements r :-
faster processor bcoz i will be in need to do lots of app at a time
light weight (if possible)
touchscreen
web browsing via gprs n wifi
document editing
it must be future proof (at least for 3-4 years)
occasinal music n so so cam(i dnt care much)
easily moddable
gud n sharp looks if possible
nice battry backup
and a bit of fancy stuff like 3g, gps, blaa blaa
and last n d most imp. thing tough built quality as due to my rough use (m a non ferrous metal trader)
plz dnt suggest me htc touch ( my younger brother owns it) n htc s710 (my dad owns it)

my budget is ultra tight 20k at max
i wud prefer windows based phone
i dnt want any service provider's exclusive fone as i can'nt afford to change my number

possible options
touch pro- i donno d price
htc 3350 - it was 17.2k i think
asus p320- 12.5k
asus p527- 15.4k m nt sure abt it
asus p570- 20.2k (best of d lot i liked it very much hv a few short commings)
nokia e71- 19.2k as my last option (its a symbian fone, n is nt touchsreen fone )

i can wait a month or so for se xperia x1 (by opting for a standby fone) but it wud nt be in my budget (i think so)
asus figures r impressive but does'nt hold ne brand value
moreover thy looks like chinese crap

I thibk you should go for the ASUS p570. XPERIA will be way off your budget.

the only grpe about ASUS is that its new in the market and I am a bit scpetcal about their after sales service.

Asus P527 for 14.7k

The only thing that the P750 has extra is the 3 MP cam. But its not much better than P527's 2 MP in reality.

The good thing about these phones is that they also have a normal keypad unlike others in this range.

bro the reason bcoz of which i was more inclined towards p750 is its fast processor

still d question remains same that shud i go for p320 for 12.5k n save rest of my money of shud i fully exhaust my pocket for p750 which has processor above 500mhz (to make it more future proof)

Except from being touchscreen e71 meets ALL your requirment. And it'll perform better(faster) than every windows mobile out there. Why you're not considering seriously ?

finally ordered asus p320 frm rediff shoping online for 11664 n saved my rest of d money
it has 2-3 shortcomings
dnt hv fm
its a 2g pda I think
ultra low proccessor of 200mhz
but still I saved almost my half of my money


frndz plz tell me my decision is right or nt
