Suggest config under 25k

Plz suggest me the best possible config in the mentioned budget. My friend is a casual gamer and so i hav suggested him to go for a motherboard with onboard gfx. Also it wud b better if v cud manage to get a 22" lcd. We plan to buy the system on the eve of Gudhi Padwa, i.e., coming friday.

Also i wud like to know whether it wud b wise to consider intel c2d in such tight budget.
