Suggest a Web Cam

Please suggest me a decent Web Cam. I am going to buy a Web Cam tommorow and i don't a dam thing about web cameras. Please tell which one is the best out there and whats it's price, also tell a good web cam that'll give me a decent frame rate and good picture quailty. i have a budget of Rs.1000-1200 (that's what i've in my pocket), also tell me at what will be the cost of the web cam you suggested at Lamington Road.(you can PM me the details). Please answer ASAP. I use Win XP SP2 and 98SE, have 374ms sd Ram, DVD Writer, please reply ASAP i'm going to buy one tommorow so i don't want to end up buying a stupid piece for a heavy price.

get a logitec cam.......its pretty good.....I u can extend u r budget to 4-4.5k the u can get a creative cam with 4x zoom etc...

gud quality webcams are above 3.5 k ,
at this range there is a webcam i ve seen from tricom at 1500 rs
and have some gud features.
or buy a all in one webcam,still camera , vid cam.at rs around 1800.
