fix your budget first. There is a huge difference between a 30k & 45k laptop.

Glossy is reflecting screen just like mobile. Matte is opposite like monitor.

matte: less brightness but you can work under direct sunlight. no worry of fingerprints.
glossy: almost impossible to work in bright environment as it'll reflect all sort of light. looks good but hampers usability but are brighter than glossy.
