Suggest a Lappy please!!! (Kinda urgent guys!!!)

Hi guys,
my friend's buyin a laptop within this week (preferably today itself) and needs some advice.........
budget----> 45K max!!!
platform-----> Core Duo or AMD Turion X2
Brand------> preferably Compaq, but others like HP, Dell etc. would also do....
should have good support in Hyderabad
Screen------> preferably should NOT be wide screen

if u can please give the exact model number as it would be easier to find info bout it.......

Most laptops now a days are widescreen and it is advisable to go for widescreen ones now.
