Suggest a GPU and PSU

Right off the assembly line
Hello everyone.
Was thinking about upgrading my computer's GPU ( long time overdue ) and the necessery PSU upgrade which must come with it.

Currently i have :-
Processor : Intel core i5 2320 @ 3.00 Ghz
Motherboard : Intel DH67CL
RAM: 4GB Transcend
PSU : 500Watt(company isnt even worth mentoning :p)

My budget is 22k-23k all total.for both gpu and psu.
Plz suggest which would be the best option for me ? a HD 7850? or smthing else

Thank you for the suggestion...
One concern i have is i saw that 7850 has PIC -E 3.0 in it.
My motherboard has PCI -E 2.0 x 16 slot.Will it be compatible ?
I am sorry if this question is actually Dumb.Dont have much clear knowledge about latest Card slots in mobos and their compatibility with cards.

Go with the Gigabyt HD 7850 OC (better clocks) and GS 600 as suggested and your motherboard is completely fine.. Every card is backward compatible.. There will be no problems playing.

Its not a dumb question.. Its just a beginer type question.. I asked questions like this two months back bt I was eager to learn about tech and always will be, see my signature. :)

Apparently, Sapphire HD 7850 is not available in Kolkata (checked MD Computers and some other shops in the E-mall). Finally bought HIS 7850 and Seasonic 620W with OP (iRL friends :p)
