Suggest a Good Low Profile Design Graphics Card in 3-4k!!

Hey guys,

i want to buy a graphics card for my HCL EZEEBEE. First i've select Radeon HD 5450 as my bugdet is not more than 2k..
But now i've raise it to 3k-4k, so please suggest a better low profile design graphics card as my cpu is slim. It can be new or second hand if i get it here..

I want to play games like BF3, FIFA 11-12, ASHES CRICKET 09, GTA IV and some ps2 games via emulator at medium setting, as m not a serious gamer..If any upgrade is needed in my pc plz also suggest dat.. Some saysm psu is not sufficient so please a psu and Graphics card in 3-4k all(for Slim cabby)..

Gigabyte GA-G31-ES2L
320 GB Seagate
Generic PSU (i think 250w)
