Suggest a cellphone for 3K

Hi friends,
I am in desperate need to purchase a new phone. Budget is around Rs.3000/- give or take 500. So guys please help me out with best possible solution. Good network reception and battery life is main criteria.

I would suggest Samsung B520 which does not have camera (adv for me as my company does not allow cam fone) , has FM , FM recording, USB , (no blue tooth) and external memory support. But Battery back up will come for 2 1/2 das for light users, 1 1/2 days for heavy users

I guess go for a Sony Ericsson K320i. I had got mine for 2900 rupees. It has everything except expandable memory.

EDIT :and FM Radio is not there.
