I am confused between 32' and 40'

Well bigger is always better, and as it is a one time buy I think you should get a 40".

And if you are a sony fan then you can have a look at EX650/NX650 as well

Is it worth buying PLASMA over LED..as I am getting 42' plasma compared to 32' led at same price..

What are the points buying against LCD or PLASMA?

The quality of low priced plasmas are not good, you only decide after auditioning it in a local showroom near you
