At 55 k budget, you should not expect yourself to get a 5770 or lesser than that.
Moreover where you got these price quotes.

My suggestion will be a little different from what you have chosen. Here it is:-

My suggestion will be

Intel Core i5 2400 @ 9.5K
Intel DH67CL @ 6.5K
Corsair XMS3 1600 MHz 4 GB single stick @ 2.4K
Seagate 1 TB 7200.12 @ 2.7K
LG 22X Sata DVD Writer @ 0.9K
Sapphire HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 @ 14.5K (at lynx-india and also verified from Kolkata)
BenQ G2220HD @ 7.2K
Corsair GS600 @ 4K
NZXT Crafted Series Guardian 921 RB @ 3.5K
Razor Cyclosta Gaming Bundle @ 2K
Altec Lancing Vs2621 @ 1.6K

Total 54.8K. I have included a HD 5850 1 GB which is far more powerful than HD 5770 and even HD 6850 or GTX 460 1 GB. Still you have 5K left wnd you can use it to get some good CPU cooler, cooling fans etc.

Why you are opting for HD 5770/HD 6770 when your budget permits you to go for higher end model? HD 5770 cannot run all the current generation games in 1080P resolution with high settings. For this minimum of HD 6850 is required. If you don't wanna spend much, get the Sapphire HD 6870 @ 11.3K which has very good 1080P performance in almost all the games.
