Start up error.

Swimming, eh??
Sorry for the lame title, but i couldn't think of anything better.
Anyhoo, when I start my PC in normal mode, first it takes around 2-3 minutes to get past the windows logo screen, then starts with a administrative command prompt and nothing else. I've to start explorer manually.
This is what I did that started the problem.
1. Booted my PC in safe mode and deleted some (not important) files.
2. Booted normally, but this time audio drivers were giving errors and were not detected.
3. Booted again with Active Directory Repair safe mode. Audio drivers working fine again.
4. Booted normally, to get the aforementioned error.

Any solutions?

I think that the files you deleted were somehow related to important files of the computer which started the problem. Do a startup repair or try restoring the windows to a previous state when PC was working fine and if nothing helps then backup important data and reinstall windows. :)
